Proposals
The architectural firm has designed and detailed several commercial projects
for developers and institutions. This project for the renovation of a large warehouse
building for a marine supply company was also to include retail stores for New
Rochelle NY. The State owned, J.N. Adams Developmental Center, outside of Buffalo
was a federal landmark complex of dozens of buildings originally designed as
a hospital for rehabilitation of tuberculosis. Working drawings were produced
for new community rooms that enclosed porches of the hospital. This town hall
in Staten Island was a federal landmark that had fallen into disrepair.
The structure was to be converted to with a apartments and medical offices. The
project on a small site was subject to difficult zoning requirements and had
to be approved on the local and federal level. |
